Thinking about removing the orange reflectors in my headlights and parking lights next. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Ive been thinkin of doin the same on mine. I did see some on ebay that were clear with no orange. I.think like 50 each. Ill have ro look again. But i really wanna get the orange off mine to.
I saw those as well, I think they still have a silver or clear reflector in them though. $100 isn't a bad deal though.
I know. Price almost seems better. Im just worried about gettin them sealed.back up.nice so they dont get moisture or water streaks in them. Ive read a ton on it and seems like alot of work to heat in oven, butter knife to pull seal apart and not break nothin. Lol i just want them to be nice as before i ripped them apart.
Not even a question! Both my trucks have no amber in the lights. Do it, you wont regret it! :thumb:
I tried the oven trick on my last duramax and melted one of the head lights a little....and then had to buy a new set lol.
The ones on my lmm were cut open, the 04 I bought eBay lights. Couldn't beat the price even if they were junk lol
I had the cheap ebay ones on my last lly and to be honest they held up great for atleast a year until I sold it. Worth the $100 imo
My Denali headlights are starting to get that faded look. Does any body know where I can buy just the lense? These damn headlights are too expensive to throw away because of a little fading.... Does that headlight rub crap work?
Buy the 3m headlight restoration kit from autozone. My head lights were really dull and yellow and it made them look brand new. Then spray 3 coats of clear on them and they will stay looking new for a long time. If you don't clear over them they will turn back to yellow within 3 months
i am thinking about smoking that part in my headlights and adding audi style led strips in the bottom for a unique look
