Reduce engine power

This morning i got the "engine in reduced power" message, it was not running hard at all, in traffic doing about 65, she had been sitting for about 2 weeks as i was a way on business, but i let her warm up last night for about 30 min and also this morning before i left for work. It felt like she had all the power left, what triggers this code?

I had that with the # 2 &7 injectors shorted out.

Highly doubt this is the case considering it's an 09 LMM

Fuel filter or air filter can cause reduced engine power on LMM. I've seen both cause that on a deleted LMM.

It was a loose drain on the fuel filter, all fixed but the CEL is still there even after unplugging batts several times, i guess it is a hard code that need to be cleared , i assume it was low fuel pressure when she sucked air
