LMM: Reduce engine power after turbo install

Not getting any check engine lights but after install of a 4094vvt and a built Trans , I am getting a reduce engine power on the dic . It only happens every once in awhile randomly , I can check for codes when this happens and get nothing . Any ideas fellows??
