LLY: rattle/clicking noise from motor

Is it normal to be able to hear the "typewriter click" inside the cab? I can hear it more in the passenger wheel well but i can hear it inside the cab and while driving too. All the injectors seem to sound the same, balance rates are.all under +-2. Truck is an 05 lly with 130k miles. Thought it was the rotella oil that was used in the truck on the last oil change, used t6 5w40 this time with almost 500 miles on it and no change yet. I have ran 2 stroke, diesel kleen and standyne and no change.

Didn't see a video but what you are describing sounds like an exhaust leak at a manifold to me.
