Hey guys hoping some one can shed some light. Recently changed up a lot on the lml. Here’s current setup. 66/480, 200% exergys, exergy sportsman in valley, with wcfab dual fueler kit & used lbz pump on reel.

Truck worked flawless & started right up for 2 weeks. One random morning it had extended crank, was idling at 400ish rpms, loping and white smoke like crazy. Cycled key a few times and came right out of it.

Now it’s happened to me quite a few times, and wouldn’t even start today. Thing is it’s random as heck. Yesterday was 18 degrees, and fired right up. I know it’s not a compression issue.

I believe it’s fuel related, watching desired and actual cranking actual only appears to be 2.5k. I’m wondering if I’ve got a sticking regulator on my used lbz pump? Truck will usually finally pull out of this goofy stage and fire right up. When it’s in this stage though, it’s white smoking and smelling like raw fuel very bad.

I’ve got a few videos & screen shots to help diagnose.

What's the actual and desired fuel pressure while it is idling rough? Lift pump acting up? Is it wired in to your ignition and cycling it gets it going?
