Rail pressure question

I'm seeing 21k actual on a 25k desired is this in the acceptable range with Pats 500hp tune and my mods?

I'd be pretty happy with that. One some of the hot tunes I've ran, my rail draws down into the mid-teens. I don't have a lift pump though.

With my race tune I cant get actual to fall below 24,6 with desired being up to 27,8... LMM cp3.
