rail pressure dropping

i have an 06 LBZ i have built trans air dog and power max stage 2 turbo also rail shim kit and efi live tuned by Idaho rob. every time i run down the track or even just open the truck up rail pressure drops and the code is thrown. but if i turn the air dog up the truck will throw code for rail pressure to high and even still when i leave it turned up and run down the track it will drops pressure i have a dyno run coming up and want to fix this problem before then some help is greatly appreciated!!!! thanks guys

Do a bottle test and see if the shim is your issue. If not, could possibly be a weak cp3, but start simple and do a bottle test. :thumb:

I don't think anything is wrong with the truck. We need to get the efi live team to find the table where you change the max difference allowed before the low pressure code sets. I believe it is 3,000 psi. Drop your commanded pressure for the time being. It won't hurt anything because you can't get full pressure anyhow. You could change the limp mode fueling table though like I did so it will still pull after the code sets.... unless when you say rail pressure drops to something like 10,000 than something else is wrong but doubt it. To the op...this is just a feature of some LBZ's My truck does the same thing. I'm hoping that my next updated tune will correct this.

You don't even know that's the problem, could just be a waste of money... I'm willing to bet its not the problem. Plus in general those are junky things to put on your truck.

its already shimmed and i havent messed around with efi live to much yet just got it if you could briefly tell me how to change any of that i will and i have a log of it when i ran down the track i just dont no how to post it on here
