Anyone have an idea what could cause this? Lift pump has been bypassed, fresh fuel, fuel filter doesn't have 2,000 miles on it? Balance rates are good BTW

hook up a gauge. It wont lie to you. factory system should run -4 inHG of vacuum at idle. -8 to -12 inHG of vacuum at 160mpa. If it has way to much vacuum at 160mpa you have a restriction pre cp3. If it doesnt hold enough vacuum or no vaccum at all at 160mpa you have a weak cp3 or leak post cp3.
