Bought a Fleece transmission line kit and it came missing the 2 concave washers for the fittings at the radiator. Just wondering if I can just reuse the ones currently installed? They should be the correct size right?

As long as they hold some tension on the fittings to keep the cooler and seals in place, they should work.
Otherwise you'll have to remove your radiator and fish it back in to place... Dont ask me how I know :banghead:
I got the stock washer off. Are you running the Fleece lines? The stock washers appear too big for the Fleece fittings...
What purpose do the washers serve? Do they just hold the cooler stable inside the radiator? Would there be a problem if I just used the fittings on their own?
The washer is what holds tension on the cooler/seals. I'm pretty sure it will leak coolant without the washers. Did you call Fleece for replacements?
Yes I did. Still haven't received them yet (one of the perks living in Canada) and the trucks down until I get them. Timing couldn't have worked out better though, 5 minute walk from my house to the job site.
