Build is almost complete
tolerances are tight,But after i pressure wash it they will be a little better
spent so much money on new parts couldnt afford oil....So I reused the old stuff

If you can thats good news, because putting the oil pan on with the engine dangling from a hoist is a PITA.

Simon, thats one slick motor you got there. She'll run like a champ just the way she is, no need for a rebuild. Although I think it could use some more dirt.

When I used to do underground plumbing work we used to call the sand Cape Cod ball bearings.

I always grit blasted the piston crowns with them out of the engine.

The way you do it saves ALOT of time!!! Good tip!

Special new tech secret... build it tight and let the dirt and grit in the engine create he tolerances

If you go with the remote oil dealie thingy, fabbing that pipe will be easier cause it's only odd shaped at one end and shorter.
