What are some good turbos that have a quick spool for eliminating lag? And the avg. cost of each?

HTT S366 seems to be amazingly fast... an S364 will spool quicker than stock and give you some more power
A S300 64/71 with a .80a/r will spool as quick as stock but pull a lot harder it will make around 40 lbs of boost on a stock motor. The S300 66/74 with a .90 a/r will spool almost as quick but can make 50 lbs of boost on a modded motor. It depends more what your future intentions are as to which direction will be best for you.
Headers and or up-pipes will help , but honestly choosing a looser converter or the right converter is the best fix there is to turbo lag IMOP and tunning , hard parts help but they are expensive .
Yes the Torque converter , As far as what turbo spools the fastest , I would bet on the 64mm HTT with the stainless housing being tuff to beat .

the turbo would hit ten lbs half way through a set of lights from a deap stop not boosted launch
great turbo but wanted bigger shortly after
