LB7: Quick question about Edge programmer

I put an edge in my truck yesterday with a monitor. i havent had time to read the book at all but when i turn it up i doesnt blow any black smoke is that common on the duramax? I just ask because i dont know if im not getting enough fuel for some reason or if it normal. every other truck i have put a programmer on would smoke some but i have never done one on a duramax.

Do you still have your catalytic converter? If you fill out your signature it'd be easier for people to help you. That way we know what you have. Black smokeis fun sometimes, but it isn't really a good thing. It's wasted fuel.
