hows it goin guys, i have some questions regarding variable geometry turbos. i am trying to find out if the stock LLY through LMM turbos all use the same vanes? i thought i read some where that they were different, but cant find anything to prove it. if they are different does anyone have any pictures of them?

I know the turbos are slightly different from the LLY through LMM. The LLY has the highest flowing exhaust housing I believe... I think the LBZ may outflow the LMM but that I'm not sure about. From what I understand the LLY turbo is capable of making slightly more power than the LBZ/LMM. I don't "think" the compressor side is different but again I could be wrong there.

That's an easy one. I used to own a windstar. 0 the head gaskets will blow before they get near it. Sorry for the OT. Back to the vanEs topic
