I am going to be running a fuel cell with 2 fass pumps. So I will have 2 lift pumps returning fuel and 2 injection pump returning fuel. The fuel cell only has 2 return/vent ports on the top and I wanted to know if a vented cap was enough to vent the tank or it I need to have a vent also. I figured there would be too much fuel returning for just one -10 AN fitting to accept all of it.

what kind of cell are you running? a vented cap will leak everywhere when the fuel splashes around. Why are you running 2 lift pumps?

I was just going to run a cheap cell off of eBay. As far as the two lift pumps I just happen to have 2 fass 150s so I figured I would run one to each cp3.

a -10 should be plenty for a return with both lift pumps tied together. if they are not, you will get fuel pressure issues (fuel pressure wont drop down where it should be when on) but i doubt with a 5/8" hole that will be an issue.

You think that's big enough to tie two 150s and two cp3s all together?
