You can load the tunes directly to the SD card, that is how I normally do it. My brother has my FlashScan, so I can't get the exact directories to put the files in. Someone should know on here.

However, someone does need to set up your V2 for black box flashing of tunes once before you can use it without a laptop.

Got that part... problem is the flashscan itself

Oh, you go to the tune section of the flash scan. It needs fairly recent firmware on it.

You should really bring the V2 over to a friend with a working computer to get it updated and set up to black box flash.

There should be a menu option on the V2 to do a Calibration flash, then all the tunes on the SD show up. You can't do a full flash (last time I tried) without a computer.

You have to use EFI Explorer to drag and drop the tune files to the V2 or Auto-Cal by connecting you flashscan or auto-cal to the PC via USB.

No other way I know of to do it

;)

You can drop a tune file from EFI Explorer to a card.
