Putting a 05 lly into my 06 lbz k3500 will it work?

I have a 2006 Chevy k3500 4x4
know it's downgrading but until I can rebuild lbz because my #4 has 0 compression , #6 has 150 lbs the rest of the cylinders have 350+ compression I bought a 2005 motor now I hear it might not work , I have the wiring and computer from the 05 duramax
Any advice is appreciated can I make it work?

Buy another lbz and sell the LLY unless it's a late LLY that is really an lbz...
