pushrod holes look off on one side

My pushrod holes look off on the driver side compared to the passenger side. Is this how they are or?

Do you have the alignment keepers installed in the block?

I had a bent pushrod, that's why I pulled the valvetrain, haven't pulled the heads

How did the push rod get bent?

Was the pushrod not fully seated?

Not sure exactly what bent it, I got the truck, drove it maybe 1000 miles and then it bent one
