LBZ: Pulsating swoosh sound

Im getting a pulsating "swoosh" sound while driving or standing still. At first i thought maybe it was a combination of wind from driving and having the window down a lil bit, but even standing still its still there. It seems to get louder the more rpms i put to it. Anyone got any ideas?

How familiar with these trucks are you? Sounds like its the turbo vanes changing which is normal.

Had the factory turbo & vane sensor replaced under warrenty right after i bought it in sep 2012 cuz it kept throwing codes. put about 6k miles on the new turbo and wednesday was the first time i ever heard it but of couse after i posted this it stopped happening. the pulsating had the same "pulse width" & sound in park at idle as it did at 1500rpm in drive just got louder with rpm.
