props to b and w hitches

just wanted to say b and w is awesome when i installed my single stack i removed the bed to do a few other things well found one of the u bolts broken so i just removed the entire hitch and reinstalled the bed to get by

i sold the hitch to a buddy he never used it so i bought it back couple of weeks ago well emailed b and w and they sent me a new u bolt no cost to me with nuts and washers how awesome is that anyway kinda long story but just wanted to share

That's taking care of a customer. Way to go B&W:thumb: . Why some businesses nickel and dime is beyond me. They would of made maybe $5.00 from selling you the hardware. Thanks for sharing.
