How do you guys think about a 3.6 or 3.8 liter kenne bell ontop of a duramax and get rid of the turbo? I don't think I've ever seen a Kenne bell ontop of a duramax. I know Kenne Bell's work mighty good on corvettes/cobras but I'm curious on how a duramax would like it or dislike it.

I dont think you would get enough psi or lbs per minute out of just a twin screw charger without going way off the efficiency map but i personally havent done the research.

PSI is just a measure of restriction, if you can lose restriction and flow the same or more CFM you'll make the same power. The 2.8L Kenne bell will run 23 PSI boost with a 2.5" pulley. I'm having trouble coming up with CFM or LBs a minute numbers for kenne bells though.
Also you could still run a single turbo on it too for top end power just remote mount the turbo.

Edit also the Kenne Bells are positive displacement blowers so in effect 2.8L ontop of the 6.6 duramax you'd have 9.4 liters :)

So nobody would have interest in a sheet metal intake duramax with a kenne bell on it? Instant boost?

^^ Per their website they don't have any kits for a Duramax... and they use Pro-chargers which are not positive displacement superchargers.
