Progamming keyless remote

I'm trying to figure out how to program my second keyless remote. Well I should say, I know how to program it, but here's my issue.

I have 2 remotes. One works perfectly fine. When I do program the 2nd one, the other remote no longer works. Same thing happens visa versa... So basically, it's only letting me have one remote programmed. Any ideas..? Thanks

Going to track this as I need a new fob on my 06, well I really need 2 and they will need programmed

You need to reprogram both at the same time. Not just the new one. When you put the truck in program mode it wipes all the other fobs connected to it.
