Last month GM moved Techline connect to Azure, I have not been able to log in since. Has anyone had similar issues or solutions? Appreciate any help.

Are you going through acdelco tds?
Yeah, but mines a different situation because I'm not a dealership employee. I'm a GM employee. Like you can't even get through to tech support without an 11-digit dealership code and a five-digit case number. This all happened when they moved it to AZURE last month. I use AZURE for my DEVOPS testing. but still...

I can't fully change all of my credentials to what they want, because it would lock me out of my normal everyday apps etc. I think I'm just out of luck. Spent a few hours yesterday, with no joy.

It was always just a fluke that I had access anyway. I just applied for it and was approved. (many years ago).

SIL's LML needs a def heater, doing that this weekend, but without access to GDS2, he'll need to take it somewhere to have the first cycle commanded on, to get him out of count down.

Oh well, it was a good run while it lasted.

Just buy a three day pass from ac delco tds.com. Then you get access to all that. I’d play around with it today cause you may need to do an update

I am an independent subscriber, and haven't really noticed anything different with Techline's operation other than they seem to have removed my access to certain service bay tests, and the service bay tests I have tried recently were glitch and would not even work. I had to full flash an LML ecm to clear the service emissions message on the dash last week.

Pretty sure this latest change affected the dealer network, but I'm not positive of the scope. As I said above, I'm GM hourly, not dealership.

I took Jame's advice, told the SIL I could get it out of countdown, but it would cost $64 for the (3) day sub. He was fine with that. Two of my grandsons and I swapped out the heater (or reductant reservoir, whatever GM calls it) Plug in did the service floor procedure, it cleared the countdown. SIL is happy.

Only glitch was the tank strap bolts. We're in Michigan, so rust. Gave up on the bolts, used a bottle jack to release the straps from the frame tabs. Removal was easy, reinstallation was a bit fiddley, but we got it done.

Got to enjoy an afternoon working with my grandsons. (Two of them anyway.)

Honestly, thats not uncommon. Weve had a couple lml’s that doing that is the only way they clear. This happen even before gm did the update and one not long after but we had done a truck prior to it that was in derate from a reductant quality failure that passed after putting in fresh def and running the service bay test. 3 days later, this one came in for service def system, guy had a dorman sending unit in there and failed on 2 level sensors. Put a factory one in and would not clear no matter how many service bay tests or procedures you followed. Flashed the ecm, good to go.

LML’s can be a pain in the ass
