Hey all! So 5k later and a nice 800hp trans and my 03 lb7 is running pretty smooth. One issue I noticed when flooring it is once I hit around 45 mph my rpms will hit about 2500 and I'll stop acceleration unless I let off a little.

Have an airdog lift pump, I'm not sure If it's a fuel delivery issue or an air leak, or if the trans is just not broken in enough yet(has like 2k miles on it).

Sorry in advance for my ignorance, new diesel owner here.
Thanks for all help aswell.

None at all. It only does it if I have the efi live on max effort and put the pedal to the floor

Sounds like a fuel issue but I had a terrible run of bad crank sensor Probs with no codes.each one would cut out at different rpm's and after 3 aftermarket sensors we went with a gm and voila.Starting point anyways.

Losing rail pressure probably, need to check that first some of the lb7 wouldn't throw a low rail code

Thanks for all of the great ideas fellas. Possible causes for fuel rail losing pressure? Just replaced cp3 too so fpr isn't an issue.

Could be the torque limiter in the tune. Does it run fine after it passes 2500rpm at any gears?

Yeah it runs perfect in all gears passed 2500 like I said this only has happened like twice and when the tuner is switched onto 5 which is max effort
