Ratlover's article on how to stage/start on a regular tree helped me immensely the past couple years.
Im wondering if anyone has any similar tips on how to properly stage/start with a .400 Pro Tree? Ive never run on one.
Is the time between last lit staging light and yellows dropping always the same or does it vary?

Thanks for info.

With trucks our weight, if you creep into the beams and BARELY get the second light lit, you cannot redlight. You'll hit about .41-.50 depending on circumstances. You launch when the lights flash; all come on at once. Try to turn them on with your mind.

Now if you want to squeeze the R/T down, you'll have to creep into the beams a bit. If you have to creep so far the top light shuts off, you need to write DEEP on your windshield.

I've written on-line tutorials, and taught in-person drag schools dating back to 2000.

I'm pretty sure I have a written one on both DP and our board.

I'll do a search after dinner.

The .400 tree means that you have .400 of a second from the yellow lights to green . When I run the pro tree I look at the top yellow under the stage light when you see that stab it, if you can't cut any 0 lights stage a little deeper but that takes a little of your et. Hope this helps

Is the 12.0 class at TS running a Pro Tree? I've only ran with one a handful of times. I know its a sportsman tree for the 12.0 NADM class. I cant find any info on CompD.
