Quick questions, when removing the existing fitting, how much fuel can I expect to come out when removing? Also with the engine off this is not under any pressure is it?

Probably enough to fill a beer can it will drain the fuel rails

Shouldnt have any pressure but could be hot still

OK got the fittings installed. Still having some fueling issues such as surging at idle around 200rpm, burst during accelercation. I have a fuel filter to change out, but that doesn't fix the issues could I have a bad CP3 fuel pressure regulator?
