I mounted mine on the outside of the frame rail on the driver's side.Same location as any lift pump.I used 1 of the relays that was included with the pump .The hose I used was some 1/2" id heavy wall fuel injection hose.Set the outlet pressure to 9-10 psi and has been trouble-free so far.

Forgot to mention I also used a Baldwin filter/water separator on the inlet side of the pump.

Mounted mine on the outside of my frame as well but had to do some modifications to get it how I wanted. I now after having it there and people questioning all the time why I put it there now wish I would of went with it on the inside of the frame well to keep it hidden and out of the way and plan to do this fairly soon. As far as the install stuff mine came with everything needed but mainly it was 3 1/2 fuel hoses with quick disconnects if you want. Check on PPEs website for install instructions seeing as they have installs for about all of there products :thumb:

My first PPE pump was loud and the pump failed within four months. Awesome warranty and service I got a new pump and so far has been 5 years trouble free!

Use rubber to mount it and they arent as loud as if you mount them solid to the frame. The early pumps didn't have the nitrale seals like the new pumps do so they leaked diesel into the motor and burned them up but that has been fixed. I like mine. I used rubber hose like pics already posted.

Great guys ill take all your advices and use it ill figure something out but on lmm they stock pressure is 12psi what should I be running my highest tune is 250hp. And so you just used regular fuel hose with hose clamps looks like a lot of fittings lol
