i have a 2004 duramax and have had the programmer for several months and have downloaded several tunes many of times. went to download a new tune last night and did all the proper pulling the fuses and when you try to down load another tune it comes to the checking vin # and wont go any farther. just wondering if anybody has come across this problem, going to call ppe tommorow to see what they have to say. thanks chris
