Ok. Well this belt Squeek is still here. And still very loud. Again Chad and Alex has gone over it many, many times. Adjusting it like crazy. Pully was switched and all. This pump will not quiet down. Its driving me crazy. Its really pissing me off too. Just the sound alone makes me wanna drive my truck into a power pole. Im starting to loose patience.

Dan (or someone at PPE) - If I drive down there is it under any type of warranty where you guys will take care of it. Is there any type of warranty if Chad has to pull it all apart again to try switching a bracket?

I really am not open to suggestions on this anymore, I just want it to be right. No more "try this, try that".

Thanks.

Its your pump and bracket bottom line. it shouldent move when i pulled on it. and dosent look straight like mine does. ppe needs to fix this for you or get you the parts to fix it. im afraid your second cp3 is dust or will be soon. thts bearing squeak not belt squeak :( theres no reason it should make noise i have 30,000 miles on mine and not a peeep.

Kinda what I figured as we looked at it the other day Tommy. I'll wait and see if PPE chimes in.

I think he said something along the lines of shimming the pulley..... Dont quote me, but i believe that was it.
