I recieved my parts from ppe and i noticed the tc came with shorter bolts. I was wandering if this is right? Also what is the torque on them bc mine were not very tight, i now believe it has been out befor.

IMO it would be wise to use the shorter bolts that come with the converter, rather than possibly bottoming out the original bolts. The bolt holes in the new front cover might be more shallow than the bolt holes in your previous converter, which could bottom out the longer bolts.
I learned this the hard way on one of my dodges and ended up ruining my flexplate.

if they came out easy then its been out before and whoever put it in must not have tightened them enough. I tq mine to 44lbs last night per alldata specs. Although with all the extensions we had on there i bumped it up to 50 ftlbs to make up for the slack in the extensions
