Powerglide tranny

Will a power glide tranmission out of a 69 nova hold up to the abuse that we put ally's threw. I know they can problemy handle the hp but torque is my biggest concern.

This is what we use @ 2400 lbs. and a little over 1000 on the TQ...

This ain't your dads pg. This is some stout shit here. regular pg won't hold big tq without shafts, planet, pump upgrades big drum and killer band with billet hub.

Ok Mike so say i was somewhere in the neighbor hood of 3400 pounds and 500-600 hp will a powerglide hold it. Can u get parts to build them?
