I'm about to give up!! Since I bought my LBZ a year ago it has had weak brakes and a loud moan when turning (especially when hitting brakes). Bought a new A/C Delco pump from rock auto. Installed and got a bad squeak right away. Had alternator rebuilt and swapped all idlers and tensioner. Still had a really bad squeak. Even used a straight edge. Ended up putting old pump back on and squeak went away. Ordered another new pump same problem. Got pump from NAPA and it squeaks too. Any ideas would be greatly excepted.

Flushed the fluid?

Is the squeak from the pulley or the pump itself

I flushed system with several quarts when I installed first pump. I'm using a synthetic fluid that Josh recommended(red line). Since I've installed two other pumps it should be really flushed. The squeak sounds like belt. Not really sure though

Have you ran with the belt off? And spun everything by hand

Yes and yes. Starting to wonder if fluid is building to much pressure with new pump. Old pump does fine with it though.

The problem may be your belt tensioner. Since you have a new pump making good pressure, your belt is working hard to turn the pump and your belt tensioner may not be keeping the belt tight or the belt is worn out or both.
