Sorry if this is a repost but i dont have time to search the forums for weeks.

Replaced my inner/outer tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm and bracket. All moog replacements.

Had to pull the steering box to get the pitman arm off after hours of trying not to remove it. After reinstalling the box leaked from the part on top with 4 bolts.

Replaced steering box with refurbished advanced auto part. Drained and put all new fluid in. Added an inline filter to the return hose for the hydro boost.

While wheels are off the ground the turning is perfect. Not tight at all. Take it for a drive and evey turn is like it has no fluid and hard to make.

I have no clue what to do at this point or how to remedy this issue.

Any advie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Other than the obvious, a bad part from Advance, I would say check fluid level and then make sure that filter is not causing more harm than good.

Find a good junkyard box and take the reman back, they're junk. And the filter is just another restriction in an IMO already weak system, maybe run it long enough to make sure all the junk is out and remove it.
