ported fuel rail fitting on lly

thinking about porting my fuel rail fitting, I have a fass 150 installed now also a race plug and my actual fuel rail pressure still wont stay up with the desired at wot. desired will be 23k and actual will go to 23k then go down to 18k to 20k or so.
Any Ideas how to fix this?

Ats, about the same as ppe hot plus 2,
Running on the street power tune, it's the 4th tune out of 10, think they say it's plus 180 hp on the lly
