Pop up camper???

Saw it on the way to work this morning sign says $250.00. Now I know there has to be something wrong with it for 250, but other than plumbing or electrical what should I look at. I used to camp a lot when I was younger, my son is 6 now and I want to start again. Maybe I can slowly clean this one up use it for a couple of years and then trade up if it doesn't turn into a money pit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Tim

No offence but we had a pop up when we were younger. It was a total pos. I would have rather had a tent then to stay in it. But from what I've seen the new ones look nice and better designed.

Boy where do I start. Floor is roten! Both cables broke! Theres a winch on the tounge for the cables that pulls them thru what looks like conduit down the frame then up to the corners. The roof looks like golf ball sized hail hit it. He did come down to $200.00 cash, said if he couldn't sell it for that he would make a trailer out of it. He swears the canvas is good and the a/c works but IDK if I want to get this far into it.
