My glow plug light stayed on this morning which didnt seem right and when I started the truck it threw code po676. Is there a way to test the #6 glow plug with efi live? or should i wait and see if it was a fluke and does it again ?

Bump for monday......light came right back on.......guess I need a glow plug?

Sounds like u need a glow plug fo sho. I've had good luck with oriellys. Just make sure the threads r in the middle of the plug. I got sold one that had the threads up by the bolt head once. Fail

Mine started with one glow plug and quickly spread to the rest. My suggestion is go ahead and change them all to avoid chasing codes in the future. I let mine go for too long and now I need to replace the glow plug controller.
