Thanks ahead of time for the help,
This will be the first winter with ATS twin Cp3 and so far not a good one, Ive been getting a PO088 code since it has cooled down well yesterday and today its been down in the high 20s, I went to move the truck to plug it in and same thing code comes up as soon as it fires and it for sure has a high rail pressure, the injector knock is LOUD, never had it this loud even when the regulator shot crap.
I know its has to do with the second pump, I pinched off the fuel feed and instant quiet like normal released it and right back to knocking. I'm going to pull the belt tomorrow so I can have it in case it snows this weekend here, but anyone know what the deal is with the rail pressure and it being cold. Is it just the nature of twin fuelers? I was Just re-tuned for it a month ago or so.
