Who/where can I get regular cab windows from? I am gauging interest in doing a full conversion, just cant find anywhere or any pictures.. figure if I loose 100 lbs, it may be worth it to help offset the weight of the cage. This is my first go around with is type of stuff, so im all ears. I want the truck to weigh 5500 with me in it after the cage.

Unless you replace them/buff them often you will have a hard time seeing out of them. Not sure they are DOT

Lexan? http://www.competitiondiesel.com/forums/showthread.php?t=162738

Bri, what is the truck weight now with you in it, race ready?

It is 5530lbs on the LMM 17" rims, 5650 with my 22's, half tank and with me in it.

Remove your wiper blades for race weight! That's what I did :D
Already gone :D

Is your truck still a dd or just a race truck?

It's not my DD, but I drove it to work on Wednesday

Brian,Pat (Mcrat) had a thread on here a while back asking if anyone else was interested in getting Lexan windows so I can only assume he has a hook up on them.

Lexan for front windshield and rear window.
If you want to keep the ability to roll the windows up and down, keep the glass on the doors or go to plexiglass (Lexan scratches and scuffs easy and you cant kick out a lexan window if you crashed and needed to get out in a hurry)
