So I had a pretty fun time driving to Home Depot, ironically enough to buy an adapter fitting so I could once again pressure test my turbo/intercooler. The first picture is the best, it's how I drove home. The T bolt for the compressor V-band clamp was stripped and the when I built some boost it popped the housing loose. The housing is fine, the compressor wheel may need a touch up:)

TX of course
Well at least you put the filter on the hot side pipe. I would have been so pissed I wouldn't of bothered. Unless it was a long haul back to home.

I only had 5 miles to go, but I try not to get upset about this stuff. Time to upgrade:)

When I bought my turbo I asked Gillette Diesel in Utah what the tech spec was for that v-band clamp and its 120 inch lbs or 10 ft lbs... For some reason I always use a torque wrench and go to 12 ft lbs.
