I have a question for anyone who owns a Ford on here. I have an '06 - 6 liter F550 that I need to LIMIT the speed on. Yes your reading this right, hard to believe, but I need to slow down a Ford! Does anybody know if this is possible and what the cheapest programmer would be to do this with that also has the capabilities to check/clear codes etc.

Thanks

It already is a Ford so it is heavy, and it's a crew cab long chassis with a full service body on it complete with an IR PTO driven air compressor. I think it weighs 10 000kg's as it sits now!!

Van Aaken has new programmable software for the later model dodges and I think SCT might have programmable software for the Fords. I dont think either are as advanced as EFI though.
