Who do I ask about a grey area in the rules?

f) Radiators must be in stock location and be of at least stock size

My rad is as big actually bigger than stock but not the same shape.

If anyone has any questions they can give us a call at the shop and discuss the rules. We want this to get bigger each year as the crowd is normally huge, Track is done by guys that know their $hit and lay down a clean flat perfect track, and finally the payouts are some of the biggest that we know. Everyone has a great time at the pull so come out, and bring some friends...
