About an hour and a half from me! I know both ocean lakes and pirate land camp ground have both cabins and small houses you can rent there. Have to check out there websites and give them a call for $$
go to cherry grove and avoid the traffic in south myrtle beach, you can get on the bypass from cherry grove area and go South if need be and stay off kings highway. Also check to make sure you are ntogoing during bike week or something like that or the noise will be annoying and beach could be packed. cherry grove has rental houses fro fair prices and most are clean.
