Pitman and Idler are torque spec

what does gm recommend? or does anyone know? if i get my tires I'm gonna do my centrelink bracket from all season, tie rod sleeves and the wheels and tires this weekend. then alignment! lol

Good luck fitting a torque wrench in there. lol.
There is no real way to torque the pitman with it on the truck. Just get it really f'n tight. The idler can be torqued if you unbolt the pivot from the frame it and put it in a vice.

x2 its very tight

184ftlbs on the pitman & 70ftlbs on the idler
you can torque the pitman nut in place

I don't torque either of them and I do it for a living, just make sure they are tight.....
