Pistons: LB7 or LML???

So I understand that both the LB7 and LML pistons are better than the LBZ. I am trying to do a reasonable rebuild, and I am wondering which you think are better (assume they have the same compresion and are both coated, and the LB7 are delipped).

Also, can anyone verify if the LBZ rings fit the LML pistons, or is that just a dumb idea to even consider?

Piston rings are the same for every year truck. The only thing lml pistons have not done is proven them selves over time so it's a toss up imho

LB7 pistons have proven themselves, between the two I wouldn't consider the LML's.
