On the top of the pistons for these trucks they have #'s let's say 7561,1173,1163 ect,,,you get the point, my question is which ones are lb7,lly,lbz and are the comprasion ratio's different by #'s on the topp of piston.

so i am putting some pistons together for a build and the ones marked with
7561 seem to have bigger bowls,i was wondering if i could mismatch them as long as they were all lb7,lly thanks for all input

LBZ/LMM pistons also have brass wrist pin bushings.
They are visually very diffierent from LB7/LLY pistons.
