PCV smoke?

Ive had the crank case vent routed to the underside of my truck. I've never noticed smoke before. Now its smoking a lot. However, it's now very cold out and could just be warm air that is smoking like tail pipe exhaust on a cold day. Trouble or just cold out?

mine also does this. been doin it since i've done the mod. i wouldn't worry about it.

It's probably nothing to worry about-unless you start getting big puddles of oil under the truck from it!!

Normal with other diesels and it is more visible in the cold weather.

Well....Put the hose back in. Had several people yesterday staring at my truck. Even the guy at the Carl's Jr. drive through stuck his head out to see where the smoke was coming from. I'll put it back in next spring. I left the hoses intact.
