Hello still new to this dmax stuff I have been reading about these 2 mods but haven't seen too much about them on lmm motors. Would like to do these 2 mods if needed when I return from Iraq but not seeing much on it. Big question do I need efi for these. I have a juice w/ attitude on the way to the house as we speak got a hook up on it. What parts do I need to do these mods. Thanks for the help

No changes needed for the PVC reroute. Many ways to do it. Cheap with misc parts from hardware. Or a kit sold by Tony from http://www.allseasonservice.net/
For the EGR Blocker you are gonna need to reprogram the ECM. Either EFILive or Edge Evo can do this. Edge with Attitude wont do since it does not alter ECM programming. You have to alter that to do the blocker on and LMM. I don't think there is a finger stick like on previous engine versions. You may be able to find someone near by for EFILive tuning for $99 for the license your ECM on their Flashscan and what ever else they charge for the tuning.
Don't know how much you know about LMM and ECM tuning but if you reprogram the ECM with a non stock GM tune you may lose your warranty. Many post on that here. The ECM records the last 10 different calibration numbers so even if you reprogram back to stock it is still in its history.
