Think it's already like that around here and always has been??? Don't really see a problem with it??? You use it, you pay for it??? Anyone that pays for water service and then sewer is essentially paying "per flush". Around here the sewer fees are based solely on how much water you used. They only measure the in flow to the house, not the out flow to the sewer. So, if you fill up the pool in the spring, you either pay high sewer fees or sometimes you can talk to the sewer co. and they'll knock a certain amount off the bill for you.
Seems to me, the way it is now for those folks, it's like having your fuel provided for you and you pay a certain amount for it based on how much your vehicle is worth, not how much you actually use. Talk about some serious new car sales plummits. :joker:
