First pull your door panel off and see if you have any power at the switch. If you do, see if you have power at the connector for the window motor. I just replaced my passenger side window motor and track(comes all as one piece), this past summer. It was actually pretty easy to install. There is a fuse, but I am sure it is for both windows not just one.

Check the pdm fuse in the engine fuse block. Not sure if it controls both passenger doors but its worth a shot. Do your locks or keyfob work?

Yup everything else works except those 2 windows I find it hard to believe that both window motors shit out at the same time but I guess anything is possible

checkpower to the window fuze, both sides,if power is there check driver side wireing harness by the door hinges underneath the rubber, wires constantly bending when opening and shutting the door will break the wireing inside. Also as stated before check the switches because if driver side switch goes out they run in circuit and will take both out.hope this helps.
