Pic Quality sucks cause it was taken with my phone a while back, but i figured i'll spark some good conversations.
these are the race pistons and aluminum rod assy.

Looks good , i will interested to see how some of the parts you are using work out primarily the rods . I like the motor mount plate though and the truck looks really cool . Any idea of when you are going to run it down the track ?

Thanks Trent, the rods work, though it took a lot of work to make it all work, they are top fuel rods, accually they are heavyer built than top fuel.... this whole build is based on the idea that it is a race only engine, not just a duramax diesel. that idea has allowed for many improvments in the stock design, that will turn heads.

The motor mounts are a work of art for sure, there are many cool pics of the truck and build yet to be seen the complete engine is the real work of art...but pics of that will have to wait for now.

Track testing will be very soon, and race ready status will be in or close to september 09' :D

The end result was 3250 grams( 7+ lbs ) of lost recipricating weight, not including the weight off of the crank and other "improved" areas....:cool2:
