I love the look of smoothed and painted plastic pieces on a truck, so decided to start doing some on my LBZ.

here is the first, painted the resonator to match and striped the letters in bright red, definitely sets them off!

Is there any benefit to deleting this? I was thinking of doing the PCV reroute, and was going to smooth out the intake horn, might as well get rid of this as the same time if there is a benefit?

No benefeit it's just a fashion thing

Mine new had small pieces of plastic floating around in it and I believe removing it caused the turbo to be slightly louder
